Learn to make banana Protein to kick start your diet.Chocolate might give some unwanted calories, whereas protein is what we need to hit our goals. Who doesn’t love that dark choco-lava syrup dripping by the side of a cake or a pie? So, here, I am going to present an all-time favorite recipe of mine. Whether you are trying to lose weight or gain muscles, this will help you with your goals and also with your cravings.
1) Half scoop of whey protein (chocolate flavor)
Whey protein is one of the widely used protein sources. Of course, it is not a must but it makes things very convenient. If you are serious about your fitness goals, do consider adding whey in your diet. Worried about the price? 2) Peanut butter (1 tablespoon)
Peanut butter is mainly used to obtain healthy fats. Oh, no, it is not the fat accumulated in your belly. Its a nutrient. It slows downs the digestion process, keeps you full for long and by adding this snack you will fulfill 50-60 % of your daily fat requirement.
3) A Banana
A banana will serve as the base and you already know, it’s such a good source of carbohydrates. It is high in fiber and also potassium. Don’t forget the large number of diseases it can prevent.
4) Almonds (12-15)
Another nutritious ingredient, filled with fiber, protein, healthy fats and vitamin E. Further, it will give you the exact crunchy topping you would need!
1) Take one spoon of peanut butter and mix with 1/2 scoop whey in a container.
2) Add some water to make a thick paste and then put the almonds.
3) Cut a banana into two halves and put the paste over it. Enjoy your tasty Banana Protein!
