  • 40 grams Oats
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 10 gram raisins
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 15 pieces Almond
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 5 gram Flaxseed/chia seed
  1. Cook the oats in little water, just enough to make the oats wet and on very low flame for 2 minutes.

  2. Add all the other ingredients including milk.
