- 40 grams Oats
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 10 gram raisins
- 1 piece Banana
- 15 pieces Almond
- 100 ml Low fat milk
- 5 gram Flaxseed/chia seed
- Cook the oats in little water, just enough to make the oats wet and on very low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add all the other ingredients including milk.
