How To Make Banana Oatmeal

Today we will see how to make banana oatmeal which is an all-time favorite of all fitness enthusiasts. Most of us know about the health benefits of oats but plain oats aren’t the tastiest, is it? However, when made the right way, oatmeal can be your tastiest meal of the day.

The kind of oats we are going to use is rolled oats. Oats contain stanols which reduced blood cholesterol. We will be balancing the entire meal very carefully. This can be your nutritious breakfast or just a snack. Taste is what matters a lot and if you ask me honestly, plain oats can make me throw up unless I have added a scoop of whey protein or some chocolate powder.

Do you want to lose weight? Well, why not eat the tastiest versions of the healthiest foods and get fitter? Also, using mashed banana is going to add a tremendously good flavor to this snack. The oats brand used by me is Quaker oats but you can go for any brand as long as it is rolled oats. You maybe change banana with any other fruit like strawberries or an apple.
