  • Grilling Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 Chapati
  • 4 Tbps Bellpepper
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • 50 grams kidney beans
  • 1 Sp Olive oil
  • 100 grams Grilled chicken
  • 1 Piece Orange
  • 5 grams Ginger
  • 5 grams garlic
  • 2 piece Chilli
  • 1 Spray non stick spray

Instructions

  • Grill the chicken seperately, if possible, in bulk and store it
  • Spray Non-Stick spray on a pan and add ginger, garlic and chilli
  • Add bellpepper and tomato and cook for two minutes
  • Add kidney beans and onion along with chicken and olive oil
  • Consume it with an orange and chapati
